全国卫生产业企业管理协会简介
全国卫生产业企业管理协会（以下简称“协会”）是经原国家卫生部申报，国家民政部登记批准，1992年10月成立，是在国家民政部、中央和国家机关工委领导和国家卫生健康委员会的指导下，具有行业管理职能的国家一级社会团体。是由从事大健康相关的医疗、服务、科研、管理单位和专家、企业家等人员自愿结成的全国性、行业性社会团体，是非盈利性的社会组织。协会宗旨:坚持“护佑健康、发展产业、诚信创新、服务社会”，推进卫生健康产业企业发展，为国家经济建设和人民健康服务。
业务范围：参与卫生健康产业的方针政策和法律、法规的制订调研和宣传，提供健康产业企业经营管理所必要的法律咨询和法律服务；协助政府部门推进全国医院后勤建设管理和大健康产业企业的发展；承担政府委托任务，研究制定社会团体标准。开展信用等级评价工作；组织全国医院后勤、卫生健康产业企业开展学术交流及及科研成果、产品展示展览；经政府有关部门批准，组织全国医院后勤系统和全国卫生健康产业企业先进单位和先进个人的评选表彰活动；为卫生健康产业发展提供相关的政策、经营管理、专业技术指导和信息服务，开展专业技术人员培训活动；编辑出版学术期刊、书籍、信息资料、行业报告和影像制品；开展国际间的交流与合作；履行协会职责，加强行业自律管理，规范行业职业行为，维护卫生健康产业企业人员的合法权益。
截止目前，分支机构已达到87个，个人会员5883个，单位会员3779家，实体机构4个，内设机构12个。成立了北京新康公益基金会、筹备成立济民医疗互助保险有限公司。协会在理事会领导和窦熙照会长的带领下，围绕国家卫生健康委员会中心任务，新医改要求，大健康发展思路，在政府与行业、专业和企业的联络联手、融智融通等方面，发挥协会桥梁纽带作用。协会在科学、民主、规范办会的基础上，突出开放、务实、服务的办会原则，广纳会员、搭建平台、政策解读、对接专家机构、跨界融合联合、开展社会公益、推动行业专业企业发展，配合政府做好全国医院后勤建设管理，在国家大健康产业快速发展中发挥自身独特的作用。

The National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management (NAHIEM), a primary social organization in China founded in October 1992, functions as an industry service and management provider. Registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China (MCA), the NAHIEM operates under the administration of the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China.
Since the foundation, the association has been insisting on “protecting people’s health, developing medical industry, providing creative products and services with integrity and serving for the society”.
The major responsibilities of NAHIEM include: participating in policy and regulation researches for pharmaceutical and health industry; assisting the competent departments of the national health and health commission in advancing the national hospital logistics reform, strengthening the construction of medical support system and leading the development of the industry; entrusted by the government, formulating national and industrial standards, organizing health industry enterprises to carry out industry credit rating evaluationand strengthening industry self-discipline;optimizing the distribution of branches and promoting the development of the industry; coordinating the management and service of health industry enterprises, conducting industry and market research, promoting high-quality products and technologies, and enhancing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements; seeking international communications and co-operations, holding exhibitions and forums；serving members, reflecting their demands, safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests and rewarding advanced medical enterprises and individuals; Carrying out in-service personnel to continue education, training logistics managers and technical personnel in the health industry, and improving the quality of the industry; Building information data platform and providing legal consultation and service; editing and publishing books and periodicals; undertaking other works which are entrusted by the related government departments.
By the end of June 2019, the members of the association have developed to 87subordinate branches, 5883individuals, 3779 units,4 entities and 12enternal organs.The association established Beijing Xinkang Charity Foundation and Jiamin medical mutual insurance co. LTD（in preparation）.
On April 25, 2014, after the fourth national member conference,Under the leadership of President Dou xizhao and the executive council, the association adheres to the principles of democracy, science, norms and openness, pragmatism and service. The organization of branchesis expanding day by day, and the domestic and foreign business activities are becoming more active.Every year, major events such as the national conference on hospital logistics reform and development and Innovation and development of Chinese health industry enterprises conference , the association undertakes tasks entrusted by the government, to formulate the evaluation index system of social medical institutions, the standards of hospital logistics and property, research project of The Government Cooperated with Social capital to Transform the Model of Public Hospitals, commission budget unit to apply for foreign investment related matters; carrying out welfare activities. It plays a unique role in the development of health and health industries.
